I need a tool designed that allows you to scan a form by OCR or import an excel spreadsheet (such as an invoice or packing slip) from a vendor, save that scan as a template to be used for future scans from that vendor for future use (memorized so it doesn't have to relearn the next steps). Then I need it to allow a user to easily perform steps to clean up the data and then automatically clean the data the exact same way for the rest of the spreadsheet. Then I need it exported to excel. I want it to save those steps taken so it recognizes a future scan from that same vendor. I need it for a windows PC platform and I don't necessarily care how its built (programming language-wise).
Can this be done reasonably?
