Paid to signup script

Hi, I'm sure you've heard of many paid-to-email, sign-up, and click script which are currently selling at prices ranging from $4.99 to $99. However, right now, I need a script with "just" paid to sign-up, nothing else. It has to support paypal. The design doesn't have to be original, and you may use templates. You may also build the script from original works. It needs to have an "okay" admin area, where I'll be able to "verify" the signups in some way.
