WAP PROJECT

I need someone who is familiar with WAP...

i already have a wap portal and much information...

what i need is someone to design a script that will allow me to send WAP PUSH messages to cellphones which directs the cell user to my wap server.

I am located in Canada and this such thing is hard to come by. Also was wondering about mms capabilities with such a project.
