Wordpress, Jquery Developer needed

Greetings Freelancers. I am looking for some help with various projects, mostly in wordpress websites. Wordpress plugin development experience would be an assest. Communication is a huge deal to me so i would prefer a freelancer who is available during my working days (CDT) on Skype. I need someone, who knows wordpress inside and out, as well as jquery,and good practices in css and html markup. There are currently 2 projects in my queue that need immediate attention. I will discuss those details with you further when awarded. I wish to pay on an hourly basis. Thanks
