Decompile EX4 To MQ4

I have an expert advisor that was created using metatrader 4 and I have an ex4 file and an .dll file.
The ea was compiled with restrictions with a 10 day expiry and a 1 account restriction so it currently can only work on 1 account.
I need a programmer that will create an mq4 file and remove both restrictions so it can work on multiple accounts and doesn't have the 10 day expiry.
Payment will be made if the expert advisor is handed to me in mq4 open source and has no more restrictions and no errors and works perfectly.
If you are up to the challenge please bid, I hear it shouldnt be to hard to do this, so hopefully I can find a solid programer to do this.
