php mysql auction bidding system simple

Hi, What I need is a unique bid system tobe created along with log in/register functionality. I am guessing most of this will be PHPand database driven, I will try to explain the best I can. What I need is users to be able to bidthe lowest unique price in order to win the item they are bidding foronce the auction ends. What I need is users to be able to bidthe lowest unique price in order to win the item they are bidding foronce the auction ends, I have created a mock up website of how itwill look here: [login to view URL] 1/ The user will need to be logged into bid...... if they are not logged in and they try to bid they willbe diverted to the register form.... which will be simple and consistof : email address, confirm email, password and confirm [login to view URL] can also log out via a button at top of page in which the buttonwill change from log out to log in depending on whether they arelogged in or not and so will the functionality of the button change. 2/ To bid they will need to enter theirunique bid first............ then be sent to the checkout to pay the£5 bid cost........ then if the payment is successful be returned tothe item page. 3/ Once returned to the Bidding pageyou will need to display how many bids are left (in percentage) andalso let the bidder know whether they are winning or not. (Please seemy attached image to see how It will be layed out. If the user hasnot yet bid it will need to tell them so. 4/ If a user is no longer the lowestunique bidder they are emailed telling them so (automatically). 5/ The web design will be done by someelse, I only need you to create the functionality of the biddingsystem and login system. 6/ I will need to be able to edit theamount of bids that will be needed to complete an auction. 7/ if the user is not registered orlogged in they will be told to register or log in, in the position ofwhere it would normally tell a user they are the winning bidder ornot.
