Video Rating Membership Site

I am looking to have a membership base website, where we use a CMS that is easiest to use with my qualifications, such as Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, or other CMS. Depending on the CMS, I can get a theme to work with the website, but might need minor graphics such as logo, and any alternating images with the theme. My website is an interactive music website that I want to be styled like youtube, but we will just embed their videos on our website and no actual file uploads and conversion. However, I want to have users to be able to have their own channels and embed their own videos from youtube. -Social network features such as profiles, avatars, private messaging, channel, profile comments -Easy ability to embed the youtube videos on a person's channel. Have subscribers -Able to tag each their videos, specificy music genre, and name of the artist and song -Each video page can be rated, commented, show views, link, tweet, and face book message, and other social interactions that are on youtube -able to browse for songs via artist names, song name, and genre -ajax implementation for most of the postings such as comments for ease of usage -Top feature songs base on views and ratings, and display newest videos on homepage -related videos show on video page with either same person's, genre, or same song And other features that would relate to the site but I can't think of.
