Open Document Format ODF: Charts

We are looking for an expert for ODF building who can write a php or python script for converting an array of values arr[column][row]=value into a sheet of an .ods file (values-table + chart). The charts are already prepared in ODF format and will only need little modification, but in general, they are built already.

We can accept python or PHP solutions for this task.

The job has to be done ASAP and with instant messenger online, please, to keep a stable communication.

If the communication is broken or if you miss a regular reporting, we will have to cancel the job because it will endanger our strict delivery time schedule.

We transfer 25% as soon as the 1st table + chart can be built through your script dynamically. No escrow before that, because there are so much gobshites who are no experts on this topic and wasting everyone's time although requirement for this job is:

This script is NOT for windows systems! No Ms Office and no OO macros!

We will give you encrypted access to the server where the script must run.
