talented python developers for ongoing work

I am looking for talented python programmers/developers who are passionate about creating clean, efficient and elegant code. you will be working with a senior programmer on our team who will assign you different programming tasks.... the amount of hours will vary per week but there will be a pretty continuous flow of work you will need to be able to work fast, communicate clearly in english and demonstrate that you have developed reliable and clean python applications in the past. It is also very important that you use Skype/MSN/etc so that we can be in contact whenever necessary I am willing to pay either by project or by hourly rate depending on the task that needs to be completed. Considering that there will be lots of ongoing work, I can pay around $10 an hour. I can place a specific amount into escrow every week to ensure prompt payment. Please only bid if you will have enough time to devote to my project... I would be looking for around 10-20 hours a week but if you can only do less we can try and work something out.... just be honest up front and let me know your availability.
