Conversion of legacy PC-Dos console Bookkeeping application to local server web application with minimal alteration in function. Preferred target architecture is Ruby on Rails however others will be considered such as PHP, ASP etc. The underlying relational database based should be accessed such that any standard engine would work with minor adjustments. (mysql, postgres, oracle, db2, sql-server, sqllite)
