AutoVoter in PHP

I'd like to have a PHP file that people can visit so i can get an automated VOTE for the website [[login to view URL]][1]/ My Link to vote is <[login to view URL]> I've seen a guy that made a game with visual basic that connects to a PHP file called [login to view URL] so he gets alot of votes automately (i saw his SOURCE CODE) So i'd need the same thing in PHP so i can get instant votes for the people that plays my game. You tell me how much is it gonna be for this PHP File for MMORPG100, if you can add more voting sites, i can pay MORE than the usual. Thank you Alan Daniel
