We are in need of CRM developer to do a conditional survey that could be integrated in our predictive dialer. Please see below for the requirements.
CRM should be integrated into our predictive dialer(goautodial/vicidial).
Automatically load and remove questions, when the need is there.
Deal with caps on questions. If cap has been reached, it shold be automatically removed from the CRM survey form.
Data integration through excel.
Should work smoothly with the dialer and data base if not the same. No delay or mismatch in data.
Show the agents call duration while the call is going on.
