We need a Custom IVR Service to collect a customers Credit Card Details after our sales person makes the sale.
After we make a sale, our sales person will transfer the caller to an IVR, where the caller is prompted to type in their credit card number. The credit card number is then written to a database along with caller's information. This information is then posted to our payment gateway via our script to determine if it's approved or declined.
If the transaction is successful transfer caller to another call center agent.
If the transaction is unsuccessful, transfer caller to same call center agent.

hi.see my feadback. did some ivrs like u want. note, it is not recomended store card info, and even prohibited. better do store it via authorize.net CMI(on authorize.net side) or other simialr technology.
