299235 Simple Site for phpbb root

it is just a phpbb message board, but I would like to convert it into a real site with the message board still as the focus ...

I like the recent posts box, as well as the quick poll box - note how the poll works with the message board (you can vote and it takes you to the forum)

The News layout is good to, for me I need this to be dynamic - I want to go to an admin page and enter the title, and a short description paragraph, and then have the full story be a message board post, so when people click on the title or click a Read More link in the description they are taken to the message board post and if registered can post a response.

I like the menu structure also, and everything should be dynamic in the sub pages as well ... i.e. in the AIM page, it has the news related to AIM (which could be specified in that same admin page when general news is made) It also has the most recent AIM Forum Posts.

I don't need as many menu options but something like: AIM, MSN, Yahoo, Jokes and Random Things and maybe one or 2 more.

The design must include similar ad blocks as on bigblueball - vertical banner on the site pages and larger horizontal banner on the message board, the design should also be made to integrate with phpbb.

You will be given access to my server and will have to install everything. I will be available for daily feedback to your work and help with testing.

If you are not familiar with phpBB, do not bid as it is an integral part of this project.

Also, if you make a mockup of the design before the project closes and show it to me via a link in pmb - I will give you a $20 bonus on top of your bid if you are the winner and successfully complete the project.
