I have a application that a GAF provider made for me -- it works well - so well that I wish additional features and some fixes to this application. I also need a simple script for new installation and a proposed backup utility.

Accounts -- Need to change name to -- first name last name or Business Name
When adding a new user -- needs to have function that don't allow the ability to add clients that are already in the system so no duplicates.
User rights -- users should be able to make changes to client information after added -- and should show this in a caption somewhere
Most all records in the accounts -- needs to be larger... as now it limits what you can type.. if you type to much -- you don't know it until you click done -- and it just chops off the part it couldn't save...
Changed on -- Calls / Work Records / Notes -- (remove end date on all) -- but add date item is closed
Also every new entry on a record..... as example - should show who did it and when Plus button - re-open work record
Users should be able to ADD additional entries or close/reopen record -- but NOT delete - only admin should be able to delete..
Search on Accounts tab -- don't work completely --
Searching should be for all instances -- if you search for BE -- should show all last names that start with BE
Admin should be able to delete anything -- customers - calls - work records.. anything
There should be password recovery on main login
Calendar function -- needs to have option for email reminders -- and select users to be reminded along with field to put in other emails to be sent reminders for that event.. should be at least 2 reminders -- remove
end time for the event
Please give me option -- to have client side -- to add themselves as a ticketing system... so client can add himself as an account and add to record on calls / work records / calendar -- then ALL users will be notified that new client requests work to be performed.
When a user (already in system not accounts) accepts the work -- then the new client is notified that their work request has been answered.. so they too would get notifications of the user records updates.
Users (customers) after signing up -- can sign back in and see work records - calls - calendar that pertains
to their record ONLY.. they can only make additions -- not remove or alter existing entries.. then my
staff the users - can make entries to those records and client get notified.
There should now be a email portion of the account section -- and they should be notified when changes are done to the work records.. they should also NOT see the notes section like I have asked for.. as sometimes private internal information is put there that the customer should not see.
While adding new client account or modifying.. on the users involved section -- should have a ALL option so I don't have to go through and click the other users to be involved with client.
Account list -- need the time removed from the summary list
Small additional changes as the project gets completed.
