Configure Asterisk/Asterisk2billing (basic)

We urgently need an Asterisk/Asterisk2billing/Linux expert to finish installing our Asterisk 1.4 and Asterisk2billing 1.3 installation on CentOS 4 OS server. ASAP!!

Previous bidder just doesn't seem to be working out and we need this project finished like yesterday.

Still left to be installed/configured/troubleshooted:

Voicemail-VMMI (needs to be installed);

Force setup voicemail account for new users (needs to be installed);

Edit URL on signup confirmation page (needs to be configured);

Outbound calls (SIP-PSTN)no ringing just dead air, although called party is ringing and upon answering no two-way audio. Inbound DID-SIP is working w/o a problem. (troubleshooting necessary)

Low balance notification needs to be setup;

Cron jobs for all subscriptions, plans other recurring services in Asterisk2billing needs to be setup;

Most importanly we need familiarization training on Asterisk2billing and Asterisk.

A support/maintenance contract is possible if you are able to accomplish this project successfully. We need this project up and running before/by December 6th.

Note: If you have experience setting up provisioning servers for SIP endpoints that would be a great asset.
