We use the kayako supportsuite and somehow it is corrupt. You cannot create a ticket using the normal link but you can email a ticket fine. Also we are not able to ban emails, there seems to be some corruption in the database.
When we try to ban a email address we get a syntax error.
We are ok with a complete reinstall but only if necessary.
We need the supportsuite to function 100% like it did a few months ago for us.
Please bid to restore the supportsuite to full functionality.
