This phpBB database (~150mb) is generating slow queries towards the database. The database needs to be backed up, reindexed so it generates a smaller number of slow queries, and then restored to its original location.
The database will be taken offline during optimization. In your reply, please indicate the amount of downtime you will require to do this.
Ideally, this operation will occur late evening/early morning ET. Please indicate if you are available to do the project during this time. (Note: this is not a requirement, and you will not be excluded from consideration if you cannot do this.)
