PHP MySQL Customer Area

Need a customer login area for a graphic design/website design company. Admin generates a login username and password for a customer, and customer can login and see images that admin uploads in different categories...users are given different categories based on *radio box* that admin selects when creating user. IE: banner design - user logins and sees a section called banner design and can click on the available images and rate the images...and include comments on the image. Admin can add and update categories for each user as well as add images to each category for each user.
