Simple Mobile Email

For a mobile site (pda, smartphones, handhelds, wap) you make an email program which is pretty much the same as on www(dot)todosaqui(dot)net.
See the link (Criar e-mail) and the mail program (php) working there. You need to subscribe there for free to see the whole flow of pages/program but you do not need to speak spanish, as there are only a few general terms which are also used in other email clients/servers. An online dictionary will help you out.
Additionally there must be the possibility to attach pictures or files of max 300kB and an administration panel to see and fully control the new email addresses subscribed.
This is not a static project. If you have completed similar or better projects/programs and references - much better but not a must.
For a script champ this is a easy job and should be done in 1-2 days.
