Events are Run by Accounts so each event should be associated with 1 account 5. Accounts should be renamed to be Race Director a. This should be changed everywhere 6. The Race Director Module needs a new Field that is a auto generated a. The field should be called identifier b. When an Race Director is saved the identifier should be filled in with: Name of the Director + “_” + First Initial + Last Initial of the Creator of the record Explain steps 5 & 6 and how you achieved them.
