1 Page Wordpress or Joomla Template

I need a one page (homepage) template that will be compatible with Wordpress or Joomla. I need this to promote my iPhone application that I will be releasing in August. I will need the page to continually play my promotional video, connect with my facebook, twitter, etc accounts. Have the Like window & recent tweets window, a form where I can take peoples contact information that want to receive newsletters about the app, an ajax or html5 window that will cycle through information about the app, and a blog feature where I can post new updates about the app.
I will supply detailed mock up templates that you can use to create the template.
I need this template to be setup so I can just install it into my Wordpress account.
