Job Description:
Hi,
I made an template layout on a PSD format which I would like someone to slice and put into a working wordpress theme for my blog.
Not only do I wish for a fully functional Wordpress theme, but also some tweeks of your own that match the desired result.
This job will require an excellent knowledge of wordpress, php, jquery, javascript, html, xhtml, css, ajax.
I will of course provide with as much instructions as possible, along with the PSD file (and the old theme) which the project is based on.
A small note list of desires is here;

1. The theme I wish, must be compatible with both 2.9.x and 3.x. (this is due to some plugins)
2. Have Live Ajax Search which popups 5 possible search data from the search field.
3. Provide custom dropdown submenu's for both categories and pages.
4. Exclude and Include from both categories and pages. (some must not be seen only linked to)
5. Specific content which follows your every scroll down and up. (such as ads, perhaps?)
6. Compatibility with the plugins used with my current theme. (not much work here, but it needs to be mentioned just in case)
7. Options in admin area of themes, which enable to add custom css, images to change specific pages, posts or categories appearance.
8. Search Engine Optimism.
9. Fully working in different browsers such as, Firefox, IE, Opera and so on...
10. Custom widgets. (custom means custom)
