This document lists the requirements for developing custom extensions for a new Magento site.
•You must be fluent in English and have lots of experience developing custom Magento modules.
•You must follow Magento’s MVC best-practice coding requirements. No hacks, direct database queries, etc. We will be checking your code for quality.
•Code must be appropriately commented, easily installable and fully debugged for the following browsers: Internet Explorer 7.0+, Mozilla Firefox 3.0+, Google Chrome 4.0+, Safari 3.0+
•We must approve usage of third-party modules and libraries. No plugin-requiring software.
•At regular milestones, completed code must be delivered to us and installed onto our local development server and full User Acceptance Testing conducted prior to milestone payment. Balance payment at completion of project.
•You will be responsible for custom development. We will be responsible for design, theming and Magento setup/basic configuration and taking the site live.
•Full documentation will be required for all developed modules.
•Custom development of this project must begin no later than July 18 (we will have the dev site up and running by then).
•You must be available a minimum of twice per week at mutually agreeable times for updates via Skype or Telephone and email once per day.

•Key distinctive: customize 80-85% of the items that are coming in your box (the rest will be chosen by the food seller based on what’s in season)
