Auction Sniper tool (NOT for Ebay)

I need a tool or piece of software created to snipe penny auctions from Dealdashdotcom - the project is not overly complex but you will be required to follow details outlined in a document you will receive. The program(or web tool whichever we agree on) will be able to bid on specific items, and bid only when they hit 1 sec left... If you can do this ask questions or place a bid. If you sound like you haven't a clue what I want or what you are doing I will not even consider you. THanks!
