We would like to develop a web based CRM for our business. The CRM should perform the following tasks.
1. Be attached to our website, with all new leads coming into the CRM where we can assign them to sales advisers.
2. Show each advisor their daily tasks, leads and opportunities clearly upon their home page.
3. Allow sales advisers to send emails to leads and opportunities, from within the system. Maybe this will need for outlook to be connected to the CRM.
4. Template emails to be sent from the CRM, with attachments. The attachments being word documents, should contain data from various fields of the lead.
5. General work flow, Once the lead is qualified as a potential client it can be escalated to an opportunity, Once an opportunity becomes a client a new case for the client can be created for a qualified immigration advisor to advise the client and log all forms of contact and advice given to the client.
6. The ability to preform general reports showing from a sales and operational perspective.

We are an immigration advice company that has adopted a sales approach to obtaining business. Our business comes from an online form from our website, which the details should the come through to our CRM.
