Complete Company Management Software

We require a piece of software that we will be able to use for all of our company matters. This software will need to be able to handle our complete workflow as follows: 1. Customer books appointment with the office - All customers details are taken 2. Surveyor gets his appointments for the day sent to a custom made app on a Samsung tablet. 3. Surveyor can write notes on the tablet and take pictures and these will be attached to the job and instantly accessible by the office. 4. From the job, a template can be used to create a quote. 5. Quote can be sent via email to the customer directly from the software. 6. Quote can be turned into an order and the software can create an order confirmation for this and send directly to the customer 7. We need to be able to send some of the information to our suppliers but not all the info and this needs to be done directly from the software 8. The value of all orders etc need to be stored in the job 9. A job ticket needs to be created for the installation team with all the details and necessary photos There need to be various stages or statues that can be set on each job. Every job needs a unique number We also need to create quote, confirmation of order and various invoices for each job. All of these need to be very specific and bespoke. We need to add job costings to all job and the software will automatically work out profit/loss on each job. We need a vehicle management database as well This will include customer management database. This will need to be used over a number of computers and tablets with individual users. This will need to include a lead management facility. This will need to include invoice tracking. This will need to create a wide variety of reports.
