We need a basic order management system with the ability to also store customer information. We print t shirts hoodies etc and also decorate garments with processes such as embroidery, screen printing and DTG.
Currently we use paper system which works great but need to automate things better and also have the functionality of storing files, emails etc.
Ideally each customer will have its own database of previous, current and future orders with a easy interface to see these orders eg when order due, basic info etc.
As we print clothing each order in the system should have a clothing template where we can add the design to it so the staff know where to print/embroider etc. This makes it easy to check later for a similar job.
