Hi Need an expert who can do my project of Genetic Programming in Matlab.
I need to implement genetic programming algorithm in matlab([url removed, login to view]) .Here we will firstly create random trees using 6 terminals(given in [url removed, login to view]).Then we will do crossover and mutation operations to find maximum fitted tree which give maximum fitness with the output.I tried doing it myself in matlab and have been able to generate random trees till now(make_tree.m).My output wud be the tree which will give maximum fitness with these 64 [url removed, login to view] have to find fitness by evaluating tree over 64 lines data and then calculating the %ge match with output(column 7).You have to do crossover and mutation to increase its fitness.
start with intial population of trees(say 500) . calculate fitness of trees. Do crossover,mutation to increase fitness.
Attached is java solution to this problem([url removed, login to view]).You can get clear idea by reading this [url removed, login to view] implement the same thing in [url removed, login to view] 1 on page 3 of this document is the ideal solution which gives 100% [url removed, login to view] i am happy even if u can give me solution close to 95% fitness.
