Get Data from Page

would need a page parser for a page.

This is a site containing multiple shops.

[[url removed, login to view]][1]

I would need for each and every shop to have the data as exaplained in the attached image.

## Deliverables

e.g. [[url removed, login to view]][2]

F1 = Shop name

F2 = Shop cashback

F3 = cashback Description

F4 = Link

Script should be extremely lightweight (taking minimal CPU consumption and minimal memory consumption).

Code should be extremely readable and maintainable -

Parsing should be very configurable , so that if the site changes something tomorrow in the page structure , it would take minimal efforts to adjust the script.

Code should run fast.

Very fast.

Preference is for perl or php.

Please check your code for corner cases like shop names with special characters , shop names which are not [url removed, login to view])
