Here Are The Details For This Project:
- Integrate mobile software app and Infusion so that when someone orders with Infusion order form or shopping cart it automatically activates/creates the users account, approves the users phone number (when they select it), and sends them the new user welcome email.
-- Also if a user wanted to add a 2nd phone line to their account I would like their to be a way to automatically activate a 2nd line if this is possible. It would be great if this could be integrated with Infusion through tags (see my comment below and in basecamp for more about this) so that they wouldn't get access to it unless they had a tag in Infusion.
- I would like to be able to pick the default settings, audios, codes, mobile sites, phone call voice prompts, that users get automatically setup in their account when they order. Right now we have to manually duplicate/copy over codes, mobile sites, voice prompts, etc. one at a time if we want it to be in a new users account. It is a lot of work to keep track of so it would be really nice to be able to set default settings that automatically activate for every new users.
Possible Solution To Integrating This:
I think I told you this before but I had another programmer integrate with infusion for an app he created for me. I'm not sure if you know how Infusion works but he set it up so that when someone is added to a tag then their account is automatically active. This may be the best way to setup to activate the phone line as I talked about in the first bullet point. If you want to connect with him about how he did it and see if he could give you the code he used to do this just let me know.
I think those are the only parts I can think of at the time that need to be integrated with Infusion. Let me know what you think. I'm not sure if all of my comments will make sense so let me know if I need to clarify anything.
