Looking for someone to develop a cloud based inventory management system for our secondary ticketing business.
We currently use Excel to record purchases made from individuals who want to re-sell their tickets, as well as the sales on secondary ticketing websites.
We need a system which can automatically pull data from the purchase emails (which are in a number of set formats) and enter them into the system. We also need to be able to pull the data from the sale emails (which are also in a number of set formats).
The system should be able to manage the inventory levels and allocate specific purchases to sales.
Joe Blogs buys 4 x Beyonce tickets (Block 101, Row S) at The O2, London. He is unable to attend and wants to sell his tickets to our company. We receive his original proof of purchase from a primary source (Ticketmaster/See Tickets/AXS etc). This data needs to be entered into the system. He receives payment for these tickets. We go ahead and sell the tickets on a number of secondary websites. This data needs to be entered, so we know where to send each one of his tickets.
At the moment, everything is being recorded using Excel, but it's starting to lead to mistakes due to the high volume of purchases / sales. We need a system that is 99.9% reliable, so we maintain our trust with the buyers.
