Need some header help with a Wordpress theme

I have a site at [url removed, login to view] It is in Wordpress. And, this is a "woo theme".
I am trying to get the header to look like this:

I did this mockup in snag-it.
I have an html banner that I want inserted (shown in the picture) so that the header looks like the link above.
That will involve moving the logo and onpage spacing up - along with the html banner until it looks like [url removed, login to view]
For someone who knows what he/she is doing and knows css, I don't think it will take more than a few minutes. I am looking to hire fast and have results fast.
Ideally, I would like to have someone who can just do this immediately. If you can, please state that you can.
