Need a Wordpress theme updated and migrated to a new domain

I have a site at k2bathdesign(dot)com.
I need to have the theme on that site modified with new colors and put on a new domain. I want Fall colors.
For example, the duck will need to have the colors in the attached pic.
Further details:
* Also, there is a very "blue" look to this site currently. I want the "blues" replaced with red & yellow & white colors.
* Also, the logo needs to be changed to "K2KitchenDesign".
* Just to be clear, I want the exact same theme. I just want the color scheme updated in the design.
* But, I also want the files and plugins migrated over. All current plugins on K2bathdesign need to be functioning on the new site as they currently work on k2bathdesign. I need attention to detail in the testing to ensure that everything is working the same.
I need a quick turnaround of next week! I am rigid on this requirement. I will be holding you to that standard.
