Oscommerce bm_categories modification

Would like [login to view URL] modified so that it can perform as follows: 1) if we are on the home page, then to display ALL parent categories, with 5 underlying subcategories in each parent. EG: shoes -blue shoes -green shoes -purple shoes -orange shoes -yellow shoes sandals -blue sandals -purple sandals -open sandals -plastic sandals -leather sandals boots -leather boots -suede boots -knee boots -black boots -brown boots 2) If we are on a selected categories page, to display all the categories that are NOT selected first (in order of the sort_order field) and lastly the selected category, with all the subcategories displayed. if boots is selected shoes sandals boots -leather boots -suede boots -knee boots -black boots -brown boots -yellow boots -designer boots -lace boots -mid boots -plastic boots Any more information required please let me know.
