We are looking for a business process that works through Outlook 2007 and above. This would be a pre defined form (i.e. order requisition) that would have workflow rules behind it and that would write to a SQL database and somehow be an add in module to Outlook 2007 and above. This form would have different sections that different departments would fill out and email to the next department (built in workflow) and at every stop this would write to the SQL database. We would like multiple forms created with this functionality but for ease of implementation would like to start with a simple order requisition.
