Php Script Integration in Magento - repost

Due to the Model / Controller structure this shoudnt' be too difficult, although the classes/sessions controlling needs to be adjusted to work with magento.
Also all design files need to be modified to get nice handy template .phtml files...(no css-styling necessary)
