Simple PHP script to rename files in directory

I need a PHP script that I can run on a CENTO/RH5 server that will do the following:

1) Read in a csv file of two columns into an array: account numbers and their corresponding ids.

2) Using this array, the script needs to go through a directory of PDF files where each filename has the id as part of the name. It needs then to rename each file to its corresponding account number and save the new file to another directory.

For example, if a file is named "[url removed, login to view]" and the account number for "ABCD" equals "666666", then the file should be renamed "[url removed, login to view]" and saved in another directory. The original file must remain untouched.
