Require a software developer who can build and test a internet filter software with similar features to the link's attached... Require a set price and software must be complete no later than November 2011. Same look and feel is fine though it will be named JoeyNet.
Also require a feature that will ensure that when a blocked site it trying to be access a pop-up window will be appear with a joey (baby kangaroo pop up) with a little positive message. Logo's and character will be supplied.
The purpose of the filter is to install it on home user pc's and remotely support and manage it for clients... (clients will be general mums and dads so it is important to have a easy look and feel to it). Also very crucial that it is designed to be updated regularly and a software update download feature is available. The developer will be contracted to modify it regularly for updates so please factor that in your set price so that you understand that a new agreement for regular updates and maintenance work on the software will be agreed upon later after building the software. So Ultimelty a price for building the software now and than upon completion we shall agree upon a regular monthly contract in place to maintain and update the software regularly when need be.........
