In-house insurance CRM, call tracking system.
1 To customise or create new SugarCRM module to keep track of insurance policies, activities performed to policies (quote, bind, changes, invoice etc)
2 We have VoIP module able to search Sugar Lead/contact/account data, compare and insert call detail, wav filename to SQL. Need additional module to pull data and display on dashboard, along with icon to add new lead (if not found), edit existing record from leads,contact or account (if found), play conversation (we supply url) and delete calls file (when done)
3. Ajax push on SugarCRM dashlet to pop up as phone comes in.
4. To have icon on contact view that pulls data from 1 above and place on document template as it pops up on new browser page.
