When adding a new event tp the calendar I have created custom fields for information for fields such as "Referral Source", "Returning customer".
I want to be able to add text instructions for each field so the person booking the event knows what to say. e.g. "Thank you for calling Mrs. X have you used our services before? If yes then "Just gove me a second while I recover your information" If no "Would you mind telling me how you found out about us" etc. etc.
I have tried to achieve this be making thje instructions the field label but that makes the screen messy and squeezes the size of the size of the variable to fit in the page design. The instructions can be pop up boxes
The gathered information will be entered in the custom field text boxes and pick lists.
I would need instructions so I could copy the code as I develop more custom fields and instructions.
