Wordpress plugin upgrade

Update current WP Posting plugin with the following functionality: 1) Email notificiation - admin should be able to send email about approving the post after he made changes (now he has to first approve and then edit) 2) Disable "copied" Word styles - richtext editor is used for posting the articles, which has disadvantages - styles are copied and are overriding the template styles.. Build some kind of HTML parser, which will delete the styles according to settings. Some styling has to remain, like breakpoints, paragraphs etc. 3) form has many fields, some of them are mandatory - when empty, alert message should pop up imediately (not at the moment of submitting the form). I would suggest using Javascript for that 4) some fields of the form have mandatory number of characters - when less, alert message should pop upn(not at the moment of submitting the form), also characters count has to be shown at the bottom. I would suggest using Javascript for that as well 5) make two versions of the plugin - a) contains all the previous functions b) contains just the 3,4 I will send you the plugin with all the files in attachment.
