Hi Grant, I have taken a look at the attached Excel spreadsheet. I understand that you want to make it like a "real program" in the hopes of increasing sales. In this project, is the attached Excel spreadsheet the only thing to work on? How do you want the program to run, as a (a) desktop application, or as a (b) Web-based application? Are you looking into making the program look exactly/similar to the Excel spreadsheet, or are you envisioning to have a different approach? Hello, I have reviewed your project as well as the attached file. I am proposing 2 possible solutions from my side: 1. I can have this calculator built as a Stand alone exe program with an intuitive GUI to match your description. This will be a standalone application and will function much like any standard windows based desktop application. 2. The second approach that I would recommend would be to go for a Excel addin solution. In this approach I will be building a com addin for your defined logic and requirement which when installed will embed itself within MS Excel. The advantage in this approach is that your application will function as a part of Excel with docked forms and ribbon controls that are a part of Excel. Furthermore, being a part of Excel you can avail the best of both sofwares (Excel as well as Dot net). My portfolio showcases a sample addin example for your reference.
