This job is to create a resume parser where it extract and analyze every single relevant detail from uploaded resumes / CVs.

Minimum requirements:

1) Accuracy is a must (Minimum 90%)

2) Fast extraction

3) Light weight script

4) Able to extract images from resumes

5) Able to add customizable fields which extract certain details easily

6) Supports the conversion of bullets in resume / CV

7) Able to extract from scanned images / photos (Something like OCR but no additional OCR license or API required.) (Optional)

8) Support these file types: (Optional)

Standard document types, such as DOC, DOCX, ODT, PDF, RTF, HTML, TIFF, TXT, XML, MSG and EML

Social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Xing, Weibo and other social networks....

Image files (all standard formats)

9) Export data to database (MYSQL)

10) Able to detect the language of the resume automatically and extract accordingly (Optional)

11) Support these languages and able to add additional supported languages easily: (Optional)

12) Host on our own server (Works well in multiple server environment)

13) We will test run on 1000 different resumes to check on the accuracy and speed.

14) Assist our developer on integrating the resume parser to the job board

15) We fully own the resume parser.

For successful bidder, we will put milestone of 10% on Freelancer to show our sincerity.

Once you've completed the script, host it on your own server, we will test run on 1000 different resumes, if your script achieved all of the above stated requirements, we will put another 40% of milestone on Freelancer.

Once you have provided us the complete script and assists our developers to integrate with our server, we will test run again until successfully integrated to our job board, we will release 100% full payment.
