Description 1. First we are uploading buyer's order information into helpdesk system. Buyer visits our website and performs 2 activities. Activity 1. Check "Track your order" option to get order status. Activity 2. Buyer may contact helpdesk operator via. medium such as online chat, skype call or enquiry email. Helpdesk operator checks buyer's information from the helpdesk system and accordingly helpdesk operator replies to buyer via same medium. 3. We verify buyer information using buyer name, order id and email id. 4. We are looking for a individual/agency, who can create a Frontend and Backend HelpDesk Support System Application. ----- see i tell you my requirements i mean workflow you can understand what exactly i want Assume you are buyer and I am helpdesk operator..
