Write some Software

We currently use a hotel booking system to administer our in house bookings and reservations. It uses fairly standard database software (Mysql, quite an old version) and is very simple to use. However the solution we have doesn't have the ability to have our inventory online and allow customers to book directly and receive instant confirmation etc. We need someone to take a look at the software and database we use currently, work out how we can sync the database we have locally with another that can be addressed online and do all the tasks that will allow the customer click a 'book now' button, that action will reference the inventory (which is synced with our existing database) and confirm the booking and forward to payment page. We do not need any design work on this, we will specify the fields required by us to make the booking etc. Your task is to figure out how to sync the legacy local inventory database with one that allows to have instant booking online. We know this isn't rocket science so keep your bids sensible. Do not send me lists of copied and pasted work you have completed, that will just annoy me and I won't read your bid.
