XML Import Feed and CGI banner rotation advise

Hi I have an open realty website, firstly I need to be able to import XML feeds from different sources and for the information from the feeds to be placed on to the site and searchable on the existing search options. As I said it is an open reality site using SQL data base, PHP my admin on cpanel accelerated 2. Also on cpanel there is a CGI banner rotation software I would like to get this working.
