XML to SQL Server from a URL

I need to access a database. The database query returns and XML file. A web query creates the XML file The web Query does not change I need to import this file into an SQL server instance Will need the SQL to create the files as well. Indexing to be in the script. (happy for creation of tables to be a separate script) Then have the option of running an update to the database a day or so later, then again as the source data changes Would like the job written in MS SQL Server or Delphi Xe4,5 or 6
