To alert us by e-mail or call, if our global voip infrastructure has troubles, we need to run a monitoring system which makes test calls to trigger phone numbers all day long. If calls do not get a call proceeding or connect cause for a predefined number of times, then the system should set off an alarm e-mail or make a phone call to a defined number of phone numbers.
The same system however can be used to make calls and stay connected for a predefined duration to test line quality.
Attached is a detailed requirement sheet that describes variable names, gives examples and also contains screenshots of the webGUI we need to administrate the system. The web elements (graphics and templates) are available and need NOT to be re-created.
We are asking for a quote for the whole job in the requirement sheet. There are sections named Phase 2, which means that these features have lower priority, but also need to be done and we ask for the quote of all features.
If you have adept experience in asterisk, SIP, SQL and WebGUI and perhaps also in using GSM Gateways, you are our partner. We also need you for a long term partnership and not only for a programming job. So maintenance and future development is also required.
