Need xml implementation in to code

I own a adnetwork and we need to extract some data from a custom ad feed so we can display there search results on our publisher's website. We have done this before but this once has a few different parameters. All you would someone to create me another function for this network so we can start pulling in their feeds as well Once the feed is create, we would like a on/off in our settings to control it. The other network has this already so you can easily duplicated it. here are the two files, one contains the new parameters. The [login to view URL] contain the existing function you have to duplicated. Look at the 2 functions on line 718 and 768. Function on line 718 is our other network we pull ads from. I think the variables we use from line 768. This should be quick for someone who understands.
